Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions for using the Indus Gaming website and Indus Studio workspace. They take effect on the date shown above.
1. Operator and services
Indus Gaming provides project information and community links. The Indus Studio workspace provides Minecraft planning and generation tools, account features, practice games and access to supported rewards information and activities. Some features are in development and are labelled accordingly. Availability of a preview does not promise a release date.
Indus Gaming is personally operated by Bjorn Aidan Collins, currently based in Thailand. Indus Gaming is the website/brand name, not a registered business. This location does not select governing law or an exclusive court jurisdiction.
Public support and privacy contact: bjorncollins2004@gmail.com.
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Agreement to terms is not blanket consent to every type of data processing.
The intended audience is teenagers aged 13 and over and adults, not children under 13. To use accounts and interactive features, you must be at least 13 or the higher age required by applicable law and the relevant service. Involve a parent or guardian where legally required. Signing in through Discord does not prove age or satisfy every consent requirement.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and use only an email address or connected account you are entitled to use. Protect your credentials and do not allow others to impersonate you. Use the support contact in section 1 to report suspected unauthorised access.
Accounts support email/password or Discord sign-in. Linking Discord lets the website associate supported community and rewards features with your Discord identity. Third-party permissions remain subject to that provider's controls and terms.
Tool usage limits and feature availability are shown in the workspace. Creating accounts or using automated requests to evade those limits is not permitted. Browser-saved plans are device/browser storage, so keep a separate copy of work you need.
3. Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not:
- Submit unlawful material, malicious code or material you do not have permission to process.
- Harass people, impersonate others or misuse another person's account or personal information.
- Bypass access controls, probe private owner resources without permission, overload services or interfere with their operation.
- Falsify game results or reward claims, exploit duplicate claims, or evade published activity limits.
These restrictions do not prevent activity that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Your content and website material
You retain whatever rights you have in text, designs and other material you provide. Give the operator and the service providers it uses permission to receive, process, store and return that material only as needed to provide the feature you request and maintain it as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your material.
Only submit material you have the necessary rights to use. You are responsible for the content you choose to submit and how you use the results. The current workspace does not provide a general member-upload or public project-publishing service.
Website artwork, branding, software and editorial content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Use them only as permitted by their applicable licence, the rights holder or law. Linking to someone else's project does not transfer their rights to us or to you.
5. AI tools and generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or similar to other output. Structure Generator makes its designs in your browser without AI, and its files need the same care. Review generated plans, designs and files before relying on them or using them in a world or project. Test downloadable structures in a backed-up or disposable world first.
The tools are creative aids for Minecraft projects, not professional engineering or safety advice. We do not promise that output will meet every request, work with every modpack or be free of third-party rights. These terms do not guarantee exclusive ownership or copyright protection in generated output.
City Planner inputs and some intermediate output are sent to OpenAI as explained in the Privacy Policy; Structure Generator sends nothing. Do not submit secrets or other people's confidential information without authority.
6. Games, Points and programme rules
The Games hub offers unlimited free Practice, which awards no Points, and an explicit Rewards mode for eligible participants during an active Epoch. Rewards mode displays its entry fees, daily play allowance and server-provided payout terms before play. Daily Spin displays its daily allowance, fees and current jackpot. Minesweeper and the logo reward are retired. A practice result is not a reward claim.
Reward-bearing activities depend on the applicable published programme rules, account/Discord eligibility and the authoritative result from Indus Command. A display, animation, stale count or pending request is not a promise of a final award.
Participation is subject to the applicable Epoch rules and announcements in the Indus Discord server. You can also read the Discord server rules. These are the general server rules; Discord sign-in and server membership may be required to view the message.
These website terms do not replace agreed programme terms, change current Epoch enrolments or earned entitlements, or create new entry fees, prize promises, Point values, redemption rights or retrospective forfeiture powers. Any future programme must state its own applicable rules before participation. Disputes about an existing programme must be assessed under the rules and rights that actually apply to it.
7. Third-party services and projects
Discord, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Modrinth, OpenAI, Patreon and linked external projects provide their own services under their own applicable terms. Their availability and decisions are outside this website's control. A link does not imply that the operator runs or endorses every part of that service.
The homepage Status section uses YouTube API Services to show public channel statistics. By using the website's YouTube API-enabled features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our YouTube privacy section explains what the section reads and how long it is kept.
Patreon support links lead to Patreon. These website terms do not create a paid website subscription, payment obligation or refund policy. Any separately offered paid service requires its own clear, approved terms and does not remove statutory consumer rights.
8. Availability, changes and access restrictions
Features may be interrupted, corrected, updated or withdrawn, including when a third-party service is unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that development previews will become permanent features.
The operator may take proportionate steps to restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security problem or a legal obligation. Where practicable and lawful, the reason should be explained and a way to raise a mistake provided through the approved support contact. Urgent protective action may be needed first.
Restrictions should relate to the issue being addressed. This clause does not itself authorise confiscation of earned rewards or changes to existing programme rules. Closing access also does not mean that all stored data has been erased; the Privacy Policy explains that distinction.
9. Responsibility and non-excludable rights
Use reasonable care when relying on site information or generated files. Keep backups and check results against your intended use. The service is provided subject to the limitations described in these terms, but those limitations do not remove obligations imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law. These terms impose no arbitrary monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration or obligation to indemnify the operator.
10. Changes and contact
These terms show their effective date above. Later changes should be dated and clearly communicated, with notice and renewed agreement where required. Changes must not retrospectively rewrite already agreed programme rules or remove non-excludable rights.
